D-chiro-inositol, a naturally occurring inositol isomer derived from Carob (Ceratonia siliqua) pods, works synergistically with Myo-inositol in a precise ratio to restore hormonal balance and regulate the menstrual cycle, thereby supporting ovulation. This combination helps lower prolactin, testosterone, and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels while improving the follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) to LH ratio. It also enhances insulin sensitivity, raises estrogen levels, and reduces oxidative stress within ovarian follicles.
The formulation supports follicular development, improves oocyte quality, and promotes ovulation, thereby enhancing fertility in women with PCOS. Additionally, it lowers the risk of gestational diabetes mellitus and alleviates common PCOS-related symptoms
Generally well tolerated at the recommended dose. In rare cases, nausea, diarrhea, or flatulence may occur.
Recommended oral dose: 2 tablets daily or as directed by the physician. Treatment should be continued for a minimum of 3 months or as advised.
