Mechanism of Action

Ispaghula Husk (Psyllium Husk) 3.5g: A natural bulk-forming dietary fibre derived from the psyllium plant (Plantago ovata). It absorbs water in the gut, forming a viscous gel that softens and bulks stool, normalises bowel transit time, relieves constipation in constipation-predominant IBS, and firms up loose stools in diarrhoea-predominant IBS. How to Prepare and Use

• Empty one sachet into a full glass of cold water (200–250ml)

Contraindications
