- 12–24 months: 4 mg once daily (granules)
- 2–6 years: 4 mg once daily (chewable tablet or granules)
- 6–15 years: 5 mg once daily (chewable tablet)
15 years: 10 mg once daily (tablet)
Exercise-induced asthma: 6–15 years: 5 mg, >15 years: 10 mg, 2 hours prior to exercise (do not repeat within 24 hours)
Special Populations
- Elderly: No dose adjustment needed
- Mild to moderate liver impairment: No adjustment needed
- Renal impairment: No adjustment needed
