✅ Description:

Betamethasone Dipropionate is a high-potency corticosteroid that provides anti-inflammatory, antipruritic (itch relief), vasoconstrictive, and immunosuppressive effects. It does not cure psoriasis but helps manage its symptoms effectively. These effects can be enhanced when applied under occlusive conditions, as penetration through the skin increases significantly.

Calcipotriol is a non-steroidal antipsoriatic agent derived from vitamin D. It binds to vitamin D receptors, regulating cell growth and differentiation. While it works similarly to natural vitamin D, it has a much weaker effect on calcium metabolism. Calcipotriol helps normalize keratinocyte function, reversing the abnormal cell changes seen in psoriasis.
